Before Welcome Wagon® was purchased by Homestore® and discontinued in-home visits in 1998, I enjoyed making those visits in the Lenoir City postal region. I am no longer affiliated with them. Beginning in September 2004, I revived the tradition of bringing small gifts from local merchants to new residents again -- as the new (but old) Lenoir City 'Welcome Lady.' As of July 2021, new residents of WindRiver community must contact Lenoir City Welcome by phone or email to request a home visit.
